We are looking for you to join our team at our store in Berlin as a Key City Manager Retail & Omni-Channel (m/w/d) – Berlin as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:

  • Overall responsibility for the economic performance of our retail stores and outlets in Berlin
  • Development and implementation of local growth and activation strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Building and further developing a strong and consistent brand presence across all retail touchpoints
  • Operational management and further development of the store teams
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners in the Berlin market
  • Central interface to merchandising, marketing, visual merchandising, and other internal teams
  • Ensuring consistent brand and service quality across all sales channels
  • Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as derivation of concrete measures for performance optimization
  • Responsibility for a seamless omni-channel experience between brick-and-mortar retail and digital touchpoints
  • Observation of market, competitive, and consumer trends in Berlin
What you bring:
  • Several years of relevant leadership experience in retail – ideally in the sports or outdoor segment
  • Proven success in the profitable management of multiple stores, regions, or comparable retail structures
  • Experience in building and further developing strong brands via retail
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel retail and modern retail concepts
  • Very good knowledge of the Berlin commercial and retail market
  • Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • High communication and networking competence
  • Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
